這日子真的沒法過了，右手痛完換左手痛，就是不能讓我休息一下就對了？好煩喔，感覺我做什麼都是在增加手的負擔，害我現在下班回家什麼事都不想做。但是睡覺起來也沒有比較好，還是一樣痛，難道要去拿冰塊冰敷嗎？當初真的太慢發現了，導致現在一直都不好，沮喪😣
