今天去看了牙醫，雖然有些地方發炎了，但總體來說還算可以，起碼沒有蛀牙。刷牙真是個技術活，要真的刷乾淨真的好難，尤其最近手受傷，有些地方不好發力。我的刷牙動力真的就是不想蛀牙，畢竟補牙的醫生是個急性子，每次都很可怕，完全不想見到他🤣
