今天工作比較少，算是週一少數開心的事情了。晚上去看復健科，感覺手終於有種快要好了的感覺，但是不能大意，通常這種時候最容易鬆懈，導致又一次傷害。不過真的不容易，從一月底到現在，才終於快好了，從來沒有受傷這麼久過，運動的時候不能操之過急啊。
