今天去最後一次物理治療，醫生說手的發炎有比之前要好一點了。努力了這麼久，第一次聽見好消息，挺開心的。不過還沒完全好，還是要小心對待才行。醫生建議說可以做一點點小運動，但今天做了手有點痛，感覺一次強度太高了，明天把動作減少一點吧。
