昨天晚上本來很早睡的，結果凌晨三點突然醒了。本來以為只是想上廁所，所以又爬回來睡覺，然後在床上怎麼樣都睡不著，超痛苦。只好起來滑手機，直接滑到六點，三個小時就這樣沒了。我八點要起床啊，為什麼會突然醒來啊？搞得我今天走到哪裡都想直接倒地睡覺💤
