今天下班前就決定要去好好運動，流流汗。
想不到一走出門就開始下大雨，我跟老公站在雨中花了十秒決定到底該何去何從，最後還是硬著頭皮去運動，不然真的忙到太抑鬱了🤣🤣🤣
好在也因為忽然下大雨，健身房的人很少，想用的器材都空的。
流點汗，晚點再喝飲料好像也比較不罪惡(並沒有)
這周實在沒心力了，過兩天再來看大家的日記😭😭😭
