昨晚睡到半夜，我覺得胃頂住頂住的，以為我又要吐，結果一個翻身，脹著的胃吐出響亮的聲音，有點長的胃氣吐出來，還連續3次，我後來又睡著了……

但在吐出胃氣時，我心裡想到底吃了什麼東西攪得脹氣呢？
