昨天收到發展商打來的電話，説他明天早上會來到屋苑做檢查，問我是否方便讓他來看看，跟進維修工程。今天他按時來到，我帶他看了需要維修的地方，他直接拍照上傳到他們公司系統，説維修承辦商會直接看到資料，並需要在28天內完成維修。
