在世人看不見的地方，時間並非長河，而是一塊佈滿裂痕的布。

那些被稱為「時空裂縫」的存在，會吞噬記憶、扭曲現實，甚至抹去一個人的存在。而負責修補這一切的，是少數被選中的人——時空修補者。

雨宮紗月與白石修，青梅竹馬，同時也是並肩作戰的搭檔。

一次例行任務中，他們遭遇史無前例的S級裂縫。

然而那道裂縫，並非單純的災害——它「在尋找某個人」。

當真相揭曉，白石修竟是被裂縫標記的「時間核心持有者」，他的存在，本身就是維持時空平衡的一部分。

為了關閉裂縫，他選擇走入其中。

——以自己，交換世界。

自那之後，白石修從世界上消失。

但紗月不相信結束。

她在任務之中，從殘留的光片與錯亂的時間中，一點一點拼湊他的痕跡。

她開始明白，那並不是犧牲，而是一場尚未結束的「交換」。

當時間開始回應她的執念——

她唯一的願望，只有一句話：

「待我回家。」

或是——

「帶我回家。」
