臨近暑假完結，要升上中學的大雄用如果電話亭設定去魔法世界度假。


他心思細密的把如果電話亭放在後山，又在書包中自作聰明的放了翻譯蒟蒻，竹蜻蜓，還有訓練用的超能力訓練盒，還在多啦A夢提點下還帶了空氣炮，卻忘記了做功課，做完功課之後想找多啦A夢一起冒險，卻發現多啦A夢耗盡了電，他用了所有的方法都不成功，想要通過櫃桶的時空隧道發現不成功。


多拉美親自告訴他新限定的時空法不允許穿越時空，心灰意冷的他唯有進入如果電話亭的魔法世界，尋找突破契機。


但當他一進去，卻有一隻貓頭鷹帶來一封信給他，上面寫着霍格華茲魔法學校，在這個危機四伏，佛地魔恐怖籠罩的70年代英國，他會找到修理機械人多啦A夢的方法嗎？他也會和詹姆波特，莉莉，或是石內卜有怎樣的干涉？


當他回到原本世界，他又怎麼面對失蹤曠課的現實？靜香，小夫，胖虎，出木杉等等童年好友又怎麼看待他的變化？
