- 將一半魚膠片溶化後在容器內鋪面作為保存層

- 取少量熱液倒入剩下的魚膠片的一半,攪拌至完全溶解,再把混合液回倒入鍋中拌勻。此步驟確保凝固劑均勻分布,完成後冷藏備用。
4. 將基底液倒入容器後,將全個芒果放進容器,冷藏至結冰後將剩下的基底液倒滿容器
5. 在最上層鋪上剩下的魚膠片作為保存層
6. 冷藏至完全結冰。
7. 進行儀式。
