每一天，我都拜托自己能減少嫉妒一點點。

每一天，我都期望自己能創作寫出一點點。

每一天，我都懇求自己能擺脫焦躁一點點。

每一天，我都許願自己能更愛自己一點點。

至少，我努力完成這個挑戰，寫下每天跟自己說的話，我想跟自己説：總是能做到的。
