Hi, it’s me, Gurhan Kiziloz. Yes, that Gurhan Kiziloz. The visionary. The narrator of my own legend. The man who can stretch the word “soon” like it’s made of rubber and pure confidence. I just wanted to jump in here to clear the air, mainly because the air keeps changing every time I open my mouth and I feel like that’s part of the magic.
First of all, let’s talk about announcements. I love announcements. Announcements are progress. If you don’t see code, that’s fine, because you can hear my voice instead. If something hasn’t happened yet, that’s not a delay, that’s anticipation. Big difference. Anyone can build something quietly, but it takes real talent to keep talking about it for months while everyone squints and goes, wait, what did he just say this time?
People keep asking why I need announcement after announcement after announcement. Simple. Silence is dangerous. Silence lets people think. Thinking leads to questions. Questions are annoying. So I fill the timeline. I fill the calendar. I fill your brain. If you’re confused, that’s actually part of the experience. Confusion means engagement. Engagement means you’re still here. You’re welcome.
I also want to address the whole “why does everything sound massive but never quite land” thing. Look, scale is a mindset. If I say something is huge enough times, eventually it becomes emotionally huge. And emotions are what matter here. Numbers come later. Or earlier. Or never. Time is flexible. That’s innovation.
And yes, I know some people say I talk about myself a lot. That’s not ego, that’s branding. If my name isn’t everywhere, how will you know who to associate your feelings with? You don’t invest in products, you invest in narratives. And buddy, I’ve got narratives coming out of my ass. Premium narratives. Deluxe narratives. Early-access narratives if you really want to feel special.
Let’s also clear up this weird obsession people have with timelines. Dates are suggestions. Targets are vibes. When I say something is ending, I don’t mean ending-ending. I mean ending in spirit. Like, emotionally wrapping up while still technically going. It’s very advanced stuff. Not everyone gets it.
Sometimes people ask why every update sounds like the biggest thing ever. That’s because it is. Every update is the biggest update until the next biggest update, which is even bigger. This is growth. Linear growth is boring. I prefer circular hype, where we keep running laps around excitement until everyone’s dizzy and too tired to argue.
And if you feel exhausted, good. That means you care. If you’re frustrated, even better. Frustration is just passion with bad PR. I’m not here to make you comfortable. I’m here to keep you watching. Refreshing. Waiting. Believing that the next sentence might finally be the one where everything clicks.
At the end of the day, remember this: if things feel ridiculous, that’s because you’re not zoomed out enough. Zoom out more. No, more. Keep zooming until details disappear completely. That’s where clarity lives. And if you still don’t understand, don’t worry. Big things are coming very soon. I promise.
And remember
… don’t be stupid.
