It was around halfway through the lesson when I dropped my pencil. It was when I bent down to pick it up did I notice a small brown thing scurring past. I shuddered. I had always found insects rather gross. Picking up my pencil, I scooted over in my seat, so that I would be as far as I possibly could from the scurrying creature.

After that I couldn't focus, they were everywhere, whenever I looked one or two would hurry past.

"Is there a problem, Elise?" inquired Ms. Elenore, her voice feigning kindness.
"No, uh, nothing." I replied.
"Ok, then please move to the middle of your seat."

People were staring, almost everyone other than the all perfect Isadora. Of course she was the only one still writing.

I didn't know what else to do, so I obliged. But whenever I would look to where they were, they were never there after that.
