今日下晝我挑戰煮下三哥麻辣米線，點知湯底效果出嚟變左嗱渣車仔麵。

可能我無忠於原著。

花椒油重手落多左，辣椒粉無買用左辣椒油。

最後無落植物奶令湯底白雪雪。

不過食落係ok，偏麻唔算辣。

最後因為豆卜我煮得入味，吸收晒啲湯汁。

於是我就俾花椒油攻擊左喉嚨.......
