最近時冷時熱,不是著涼就是中暑,身體狀況不太好啦!我覺得多做運動是有用的,讓自己每天都走走跑跑跳跳,總比躺在沙發和椅子,可就是會有幾日,身體不適,就沒辦法勉強自己,只好量力而為。
