Why Do You Write? - To Create

How else could you create worlds? Languages? Whole races of people! With every word typed, you're creating life! Imagine a world without Harry Potter or Gandalf. Ponyboy or Lenny (and the rabbits). Lestat or Frankenstein.

It would be a dull, bland world without all the great things authors have created. And I want to be a part of that.
