這小說最初在 2025 年 11 月以《假正經的男同事與裝外向的女秘書》為題於 LIHKG 連載。

故事靈感源自兩個朋友的故事。

三十歲的阿駿，在一間平平無奇的公司做著毫無起伏的文職工作。日復一日，他「行行企企，食飯幾味」，最大的消遣是下班後上網 與 AV，自知是「毒撚」，安慰自己：好歹也拿過海外碩士學位，理應值得一種不一樣的人生。

在這死水一般的日常裡，唯一帶來波紋的，是那位每天捧著咖啡走到他桌前的女同事——雯雯。她表面開朗、懂得說笑應酬，實則在「裝外向」的日子裡，一邊尋找關係，一邊害怕真正的親密。

《有性無愛全因渴望愛》寫的是兩個自覺「不太成功」的大人：一個靠幻想補完自己，一個靠社交撐起自己。在曖昧與誤讀之間，他們嘗試換取一點被看見、被需要的錯覺——以及，也許仍然存在的愛。
