2012年第一次創作原創短篇的故事。當時剛畢業不久，以我讀大學時在主修課(陶瓷)上想到的東西為劇情。

在陶瓷製作上，骨灰是一種常見的物料，正如「骨瓷」即含有約三至四成的骨灰。
在外國不少陶瓷製作者會將寵物或親人的骨灰加入釉藥或瓷泥製成陶瓷器，讓牠/他能一直陪伴在身邊。我認為這種行為具有深層的意義，但在華人社會主流仍被視為忌諱。
就讓主角實行好了。

當年厚著臉皮，出本後讓多位老師評價，然後翻覆修改再翻印，來回好幾次，最後這是第四個版本。
