故事簡介

觀察、定位、決定、行動。這正是韓信身為戰爭人工智慧的強項。當初德國能在二戰靠著裝甲部隊和空軍的機動，打贏法國和英國。正是因為前線的裝甲指揮官擁有自主決定權，來指揮部隊。法軍還在回報戰況，戰場已經隨著德軍轉移。 

現在這個優勢，將由韓信來指揮鮮紅河部隊，開創人類新科技戰爭的更高維度。 

人類將軍制訂戰略目標，人工智慧安排出擊時機與兵力，完成人類的需求。 

人類飛行員和無人戰鬥機，完成韓信安排的作戰目標。 

速度，就是取得勝利的重要關鍵。 

古德里安靠的是戰車的速度，韓信靠的是思考和出擊的速度。
