三十年前，一個雨夜。
天才少女方子瑜在「聖三一療養院」大廳的三角鋼琴前自焚。火焰吞噬琴鍵，琴弦斷裂的爆鳴與護士的尖叫交織成絕響，畫面沒入黑暗。
三十年後，療養院改名「松山精神病院」，病人稀少，山巔孤立。大廳中央，那台焦黑舊鋼琴靜立如棺，早已走音，無人敢近。
新任音樂治療師宮浩政抵院之日，一名自稱自閉症的女子周月虹悄然入住。她指尖觸及禁忌琴鍵，彈出三十年前方子瑜的無調性旋律 — 清晰、完整，彷彿從未走音。
護士長葉美英面色蒼白，立即制止。院長藍奕神色微變，對此座走音的鋼琴彈出完整旋律大惑不解，並稱此琴僅為裝飾。
