趁聖誕假期還有幾天,今天我鉤織了一個球。因為開學後就距離期末不遠了。首兩週,我會被期末報告追著跑,然後就是期末考了。
然後今天想跟各位分享在一個關注心理健康的非牟利團體的網頁上看到有關強迫症(Obsessive-compulsive disorder, OCD)的心理輔導方法,覺得蠻有趣的。
Exposure and response therapy exposes a person to the cause of their anxiety. For example, an individual with fear of germs may be asked by a therapist to put their hand on something considered dirty, such as a doorknob. Afterwards, they will refrain from washing their hands. As time goes on, the length of time between touching the doorknob and washing hands becomes longer. When the individual realizes that not washing their hands right away does not cause a deadly reaction, the compulsion to wash fades.
至於為什麼我會去看這個,是因為我接下來會參加一個醫學的學術比賽,我的項目是心理學,而比賽的內容是參考網頁上的資訊的,所以我到網頁上做資料搜集。如果各位有興趣的話,我會再分享其他有關的內容。
