今天又去進行物理治療，這次算是第一次，感覺不太出來到底有沒有比較好。希望之後全部做完可以有效，有一點也好，實在是這件事情拖太久了，真的影響生活。可是生活中又不可能完全不用手，所以不可能靜養，只希望每天按照進度一點一點做，可以讓它慢慢恢復吧😣
