今天早上起床，右手整個超痛。不知道是昨天做了什麼，還是睡姿不良的關係。一邊拖著廢掉的右手一邊工作，好有難度🤣

打算下班去找中醫看看，不然感覺沒辦法自己痊癒，好麻煩喔。希望不要給我的右手插滿針，感覺整條手都在痛，但不想要針灸啊。但感覺這樣下去左手也要廢了😭
