　　下星期日便是參加健步活動的日子，因此在今日根據預定時間前往九龍灣的商場拿取選手包。回家後把所有物品拿出來逐一檢查：跑步號碼牌，一張健身室的一日免費體驗卡，十八片的止痛貼，一張六拆購物劵，而最想得到的活動獎牌便需要在當日完成活動後，才可以在終點站獲取。

　　個人組的禮物有很多，而且也很實用。

　　當我來說，獎牌才是最重要。
