今天好像太累了，早上居然沒聽到鬧鐘，直接睡到下午才醒。但通常睡到自然醒不是比較舒服嗎？怎麼我起床頭好痛，還不如平常被鬧鐘叫醒的狀態好。可能昨天還是太晚睡了吧，今天要早點休息才行，不能因為放假就一直不睡覺，不然放完假會很痛苦的🥲
