今天起來感覺不出來酸痛有沒有比較好，但至少沒有加重。
明天還要出門，和很久沒見的老朋友有約，所以一定要出門，只好跟朋友說：當作提前適應陪老年人走路的感覺。
因為渾身不舒服的緣故，宅在床上大半天，一起身就唉唉叫，真的很像刻板印象的老人家。隊友只能用憐憫的語氣說我好可憐。
我真的好可憐，嗚嗚嗚。這幾天貼藥布，希望可以快點恢復正常。
