天氣很冷的關係，總覺得這幾天鼻過敏更嚴重了。

平常只是睡前會鼻塞，但這兩天真的太冷，即使穿了襪子、在懷裡揣著暖暖包，鼻子就像設好鬧鐘一樣，每天早上七點，準時塞住Q_Q

睡眠被中斷的感覺真不好，但即使不想離開床，還是會因為鼻子失去作用，再也無法入睡。

辛苦我的好隊友，每日在我起身時醒來，也沒有起床氣😂😂😂
