另外，我其實很不擅長吞藥丸。以前很常吞藥丸卡住加嗆到（那個感覺很噁心），後來被提醒說吞藥的姿勢不對（低頭吞嚥），應該要仰著頭吞下去；這麼做，就有改善很多。感謝當初提醒我的同學（遙望學生時代的記憶）。184Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡxlnvF3yMEm
