今天上學差一點就遲到了，好險，第一節是音樂課，幸好沒被音樂老師罵。我很怕音樂老師，因為他對我們很嚴厲，上學期就有人好像因為團練遲到被罵到哭。
之後就是不知道為什麼情緒突然很低落。就是很沒有精神做任何的事情，也好想哭。真的不知道自己了發生什麼事情。我感覺到，但是我真的控制不了啊。
