今天一早起床就知道完了，

因為喉嚨痛到不行還沒聲音⋯

只能應急的一直喝溫水跟噴喉嚨消炎劑。

雖然平常吃的中藥就有顧喉嚨的成分，但老覺得好久沒這麼慘⋯

 

昨天上班的時候只是喉嚨有點啞，今天是整個失聲，希望這幾天睡好聲音趕快回來。
