我出門時情緒高漲激昂，

因回家後還有其他事務。

我視這次為自助餐預演，

耳機終未能擋住突鋭聲！

懷懼但仍狠決踏出家門，

猶如仰天大笑進升降機。

口罩香口膠再加上耳機，

只為分散對聲音的注意。

我一如既往地急步行走，

下過樓梯又進了便利店。

我聞聲時極力克制自己，

竟像軍令命己莫起爭執。

我回家途中仍心有餘悸，

驚震反映康復路仍漫長。
