Pad Thai（泰式炒金邊粉），是一道泰國國民料理，通常用羅望子醬、魚露、青檸來調味，佐料爆炒金邊粉，最後會撒上花生碎作點綴。

我蠻喜歡這種酸酸甜甜又有點辣的料理，最近從超市買了一罐Pad thai醬，昨天試着來做，但味道不太夠感覺不太像呢。

可能下次得要加點魚露才行。
