Three and a half thousand years ago a secret was buried in a tomb in the valley of the kings.
In 1922 a tomb was discovered by the archaeologist Howard Carter. Carter emptied the tomb, his discovery of Tutankhamun instantly becoming the discovery of the century. That the tomb had more to give never crossed his mind.

In 2016 Evie Veniet embarks on a Nile cruise. Along with a rag-tag group with no archaeological experience whatsoever, they set out to push the limits of Carter's discovery, to go beyond the North wall and uncover a secret that has been hidden for thousands of years.
