Do you still watch a movie, or television show or read a book and the characters you resonate with do way more than just make you laugh, cry or applaud? When was the last time a protagonist gave you goosebumps merely on their arrival? As if after switching off the TV or closing the book, you feel like you want to run into this person somewhere and be their best friend, even knowing they're not a real person? What about a villain or creepy character; when have you last felt terrified for the other characters when this antagonist arrives or is just watching?
