I am at the final chapter of my story, and I'm trying to fit as much in as possible to give the best ending I can, while also not adding unnecessary details, but do you think my heroine cares? Nope, she wants her moment. She's already involved in the final fight when the demented villain goes after her and the main guy goes to save her, but that's not enough. She must stay put and wait, but for some reason she must want to escape first and the cop guarding her has to assure her that her guy will be okay. Urgh, this chick, but as a writer, you gotta follow what makes sense for your characters to do in the scenarios you put them in.
