Exodus project - Lucy's Outlook

The group collapsed to the floor one by one after being unplugged from the exodus systems. It took a moment for them to even attempt to get up on to there knees. The sudden evacuation from the system put a lot of stress on their bodies. The exodus machines were finally taking their toll on the bodies of the group. Cooper rose from the ground first. His hands were trembling and body shaking from the shock the machine gave him. He collapsed back to his knees in serious pain. It was almost like he was still feeling the effects of being stabbed. Cooper was grabbing at the spot where the knife had entered but nothing was there. Jay was gripping at his chest and legs gasping, fighting off the pain overcoming his body. Clenching himself into a little ball he started to cry the pain was so unbearable. His consciousness began to fade, his vision slowly going black. He wasn't about to die or anything just his body was so exhausted and stressed. Molly crawled halfway across the room looking for something to stop the pain. It's as if every nerve in her body was telling her to off the pain with anything she could get her hands on. She reached her hand up on top of a movable table. Molly grabbed a small knife and held it to herself. Lucy kept checking up on the doctor seeing if he would ever wake from his slumber, still there was no hope. A night passed by and the effects of the gas were still present. The gas should have not stayed their systems for so long. Lucy called in the medic team to do another diagnostic check on everyone.
