一部兒子紀錄母親從一個不「動鼎動灶」的千金小姐，轉為努力料理一家三餐的母親的掌廚歷程


媽媽的味道是我們一生最難忘的記憶，甚至在夢裡想起眼角還會泛著淚水。我母親過去是一個手不動三寶的千金小姐，卻願意為了丈夫與孩子張羅三餐，在每一道菜裡面，不僅是嚐到美味之外，還感受到她為家人所付出的愛。

 從一碗平淡無奇的雞蛋粥去體驗母親對孩子的愛，當孩子生病沒有胃口的時候，這碗熱騰騰的雞蛋粥，不僅暖心也暖胃。當我胃口不好的時候，總會讓我想起阿母那碗雞蛋粥；想要複刻那一碗粥，卻找不到母親那樣美味的滋味。

阿母總是把孩子和丈夫擺在第一位，滿腦子都在為著他們的五臟廟構想一些菜色，當餐桌上擺滿四菜一湯的時候，裡頭都沒有一樣是母親喜歡吃的菜，母親總是說：「你們的營養要顧到，我每一樣菜都愛吃。」
