CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE
"Stop it!" The manager ran towards them as if his life depended on it.
He wasn't ready for anyone getting hurt, not in this store he managed.
All eyes were on him, he breathed heavily and said, "let's solve this issue in my office, please."
"Sure!" Fred smiled as finally someone came to stop the tension.
"Are you the manager?" Kyung asked
"Yes, I am." He replied him, he knew his face was familiar, yes... he knew him... he is Lee Kyung? Or is he not?
"Are... are... are you Lee Kyung?" The manager asked in shock.
"Yes, I am." Kyung said firmly
"Let's settle this peacefully in my office, please." The manager pleaded

"Simi." Zhao called her as he knocks on her door but gets no reply.
"Simi." He calls her again but gets no reply, he opens the door and sees her on the floor.
"Simi!" He calls her name in fear and carries her in his arms.
He gets to the entrance of the apartment and sees his P.A who had just arrived.
"Huh!" His P.A had many questions in his head, she... she... pregnant? How? What?
"Help me." Zhao could only say as he was scared something bad might happen to Simi.
They got to the hospital!
There she was laying on that bed, weak and tired. He and his P.A looked at her with different expression. His P.A looked at her almost angrily as he knew his boss wasn't responsible for that baby in her, like how could she do this to his handsome boss? His one and only boss!
Zhao hoped she would be fine, all he wanted was for her to be okay.
"It's nothing serious, all she needs is some rest." The doctor had said
She opens her eyes, he rushes to her side looking at her with so much love in his eyes.
The P.A frowned and felt jealous.
"How are you doing?" Zhao asks softly
"I feel heavy." Simi replied softly
"It must be because you eat a lot." Zhao teased with a smile despite knowing what she meant.
"What did the doctor say?" Simi asked
"He said you are doing good and the baby is kicking at the normal range and... it's a boy." Zhao smiled
Simi blushes, she was having a boy, that will make Kyung happy, she saw how happy Zhao was when he said those words as if the baby was his.
"What would you like to eat?" Zhao asked
"Anything." Simi smiled
"I will go out and get you something to eat." Zhao smiled and leaves, instructing his P.A to watch over her.
Immediately he leaves, her smile fades, she felt sad, this wasn't right, all she felt was guilt.
....
"Diana, can you please tell Mr. Kyung where the lady he's looking for is?" The manager asked
"I can't." Diana replied
"You can hear what this bitch is saying, you don't want to speak right?" Kyung raged
"Watch your tone, you don't speak to a woman with that tone!" V said, his words made Diana happy, he was standing up for her.
"Hey, don't involve yourself into this or else you will return to where you came from in pieces!" Kyung warned, he was impatient.
V smirked and said, "you should be afraid of what I would do to you if you keep raging at Diana! She's not your slave!"
Diana felt her heart flutter at his words.
"You bastard, you are getting on my nerves!" Kyung raged coming close to V.
"And I will soon turn your mind upside down!" V said firmly
"I don't have time for you... listen, I don't have time for you." Kyung said and turns to Diana, he grabs her by her clothes and rages, "where is my Simi?"
She tried to struggle and her clothes tore a bit, V gives him a hard blow, "how dare you treat a woman like that?"
"You bastard!" Kyung raged giving V a blow on his face.
"You really want this, huh?" V raged wanting to hit Kyung but Fred held him from behind crying, "no... no... no, please stop this."
"I will tear you apart for raising your hands on me!" Kyung raged as the manager held him back.
"Boss... boss!" Jun cried out showing him his call.
Kyung wanted to ignore it but it was his dad, he picks and listens, he sighs and cuts the call, he gives Jun his phone and looks at V, "you are so lucky today, if not... I would have torn you."
V smirks, "just pray our path does not cross again."
"I am praying for so as well or else I'm going tear you apart!" Kyung said and walks to the door.
"I will definitely kill you if I see your face again." V said firmly, Kyung turns around, looks at him and smirks.
V watch him leave with his people, he sighs and looks at the manager and then Diana who rushes towards him asking, "are you ok?"
"Yes, I am." V replied
"Thank you for your help." Diana said kissing his cheek. Fred blinked his eyes.
"I have to leave now and your cloth?" V said trying not to look at the expose part of her chest.
Diana felt embarrassed, she used her hand to try to cover it.
V pulls off his jacket and wears it on her, he says calmly, "I will leave now."
"Ok, I will call you." Diana said feeling like a baby.
"Bye." V said and leaves hurriedly with Fred.
Diana smiled, she notices the manager looking at her, she leaves his office to get back to work.
V phone rings as he gets into the cab with Fred, he gasp at what he heard.
He and Fred rushes into the hospital and accidentally bumps into him, all the items in his hands fell on the floor, scattered.
"I am sorry." V said as his eyes clocks with Zhao.
