好多人以為健身就係食好多蛋白粉食好多碳水化合物就夠。
我以前都係。
但係我開始有新思路。
或者五臟六腑能夠健康咁吸收營養,比起罔顧健康,以吸收蛋白粉嘅份量為目標,所帶來嘅腑臟超負荷,更加重要。
相比起簡單咁吸收蛋白質,或者碳水化合物呢啲概念。我會研究更加多令內分泌平衡嘅飲食方法。
