這個夜,我失眠了。原因是工作上的不舒服情緒。但是,還是要睡呀!於是碰手機,看些無聊的東西,沒了想法,便服藥。企圖求個好眠。不知明天好嗎?是否需要更多的壓抑與調適呢?我往往不容易調適好情緒,總需要幾日的時間讓情緒恢復正常!只是呢,還是得睡覺的呀?於是,收音機的音樂響翻天,我覺得也只能如此吧。做了一個禱告,入睡了,祝好夢。
