如題，安鍅不太會控制自己的情緒……（現實生活中）

不是不知道方法，而是知道但很難做到。

每次被點燃之後，很難靜下來。我知道自己應該安靜，但難以控制。

心中的好勝心總讓自己拉不下臉。

這樣的狀況讓安鍅真的像易爆彈一樣，超級容易爆炸。

長期下來，就變成了一種困擾。
