今早的團練請了假，十點迷迷糊糊地爬起來吃個早餐，左邊太陽穴不停抽痛，吃完藥又倒回去。
十二點被尿意叫醒，發現生理期也挑這時間來攻擊我，趴回去時多了腹部的悶痛，偏頭痛變成了右邊，還知道雨露均霑真不錯（？）
結果午餐是三點吃的，鼻竇炎只聞得到鼻涕臭臭的氣味，飯菜的香味都聞不到（唉
重感冒超痛苦的🥲
