今天早上有感受到明顯的涼意，看到文友的日記後，才知道今天是立冬，冬天真的來了！

可是到昨天為止，天氣還是有點悶熱，讓我也忘了現在的確應該是冬天的季節，只認為不過入秋而已......

再仔細想想，月餅柚子都吃了一堆山了，是該入冬進補啦！

要不今天晚上吃個薑母鴨或是麻辣鍋補補？
