大家好，又是我兼職芒果，今日繼續分享化學東西

observation:

hissing sound is heard 

colourless gas bubbles are evolved 

potassium dissolve in water to give a colourless solution 

potassium burns with a lilac flame 

potassium melts into a silvery ball 

Sodium 

Sodium reacts with water to give sodium hydroxide and hydrogen gas 

observation:

hissing sound is heard 

colourless gas bubbles are evolved 

sodium dissolves in water give a colourless solution 

sodium burns with a golden yellow flame 

sodium melts into a silvery ball 

calcium 

calcium reacts with water to give calcium hydroxide and hydrogen gas 

observation:

colourless gas bubbles are evolved

calcium dissolves to give a milky / cloudy solution
