我遇到大魔王塞奶了，哭炸！
今天晚上花大錢找了泌乳師，她說是生理性漲奶，還要一路到週日，越想越崩潰(;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)
排空了又漲，漲了不擠又痛，當媽媽好累💤
再看了一下菜單，這幾天出的都是塞奶套餐，外加月嫂還鼓勵我熱敷，重點是不能熱敷啊啊啊（持續大崩潰）
