今天是平靜的一天，感恩。
明天約了朋友慶祝生日，所以下班後去商場看看有沒有合適的生日禮物，幸好有買到（我認為）還不錯的禮物。
最近處於一種不想看書的狀態，於是拿着手機不停看Threads⋯⋯手機使用時間每天將近八小時，我覺得我要正視這個問題了。
而且總是使用電子產品我的眼睛也很不舒服。
