Since we were all heading to India the next day, we decided to stay in a hotel near Devarajan’s house for the night.
That night, I had another dream — but this time, it felt more like a nightmare.
I saw a group of thugs, their faces hidden behind black scarves, standing before the evil witch. Each of them carried weapons, their eyes burning with hatred and devotion. The witch raised her staff, showing them something — an ancient scroll glowing faintly in her hand.
The thugs then knelt before her, pledging their loyalty. Suddenly, the witch turned her head and looked straight at me.
I jolted awake, gasping. My heart pounded. It was clear now — the witch wasn’t just invading my dreams; she was blocking them, watching me.
By morning, we packed our things and headed to the airport. Devarajan joined us on the flight to India. During the journey, I told everyone about the nightmare.
Devarajan explained that there might still be some loyal followers of the witch who survived the ancient battle in the castle. Their bloodline could have continued through the centuries, still serving her dark purpose.
Professor Magizh then showed us his latest discovery about the key. It was mentioned in an old Indian manuscript — the sacred Olaichuvadi. According to the text, the key was once a divine weapon wielded by the legendary warrior Parasuraam — a devoted follower of Lord Shiva and a loyal commander of an ancient kingdom in India.
Parasuraam was known for countless victories and for sacrificing his own life to protect the kingdom and its last prince. The key, in its true form, could transform into a powerful weapon resembling a Trishula, Lord Shiva’s sacred spear. Before his death, Parasuraam entrusted the key to another warrior — to be used wisely in protecting the universe.
After hours of flight, we finally arrived in India. The air felt ancient, heavy with history. We were greeted by Aarav, a local guide and close friend of Devarajan. With his help, we began our journey toward the Temple of Vaaranasi, where the truth — and our destiny — awaited.
