好消息是只有十位尊貴客戶在自己前面，壞消息是等候區已滿人。現在該怎麼辦？是在銀行「罰」站？還是吃早餐？或是有其他事可做？

最糟的是排隊沒預測性，可快可慢，若過了號碼，要重新排隊。
