我欠缺耐性，讀也難，寫更難。只能寫較為短篇的小說。
《深空危機》是陳偉強的成長篇。這一趟冒險旅程：他身體得到祝融的改造；倫理思辨漸漸成熟，由「乖小孩」進化到康德提倡的「自主性(autonomy)」，為他將來的冒險作出鋪敘。
短篇小說八千至一萬字，已經是我的極限。《深空危機》亦算是「輕閱讀」的實驗，分43集，每集約250字。這嘗試仍有待檢討。
